for example 1.if you rent it Friday afternoon, you have to return by Sunday afternoon. example 2. if you rent it Friday morning, you have to return by Sunday 12pm. 

Charge deposit + rental price first, return deposit when you return 

charge extra $25/day if you return late

charge 20% cost if slightly damage
